Returns

Because every TrashCan Rodz rod is handbuilt in small batches, we're unable to accept returns or exchanges. We stand behind every rod we ship — but once it's yours, it's yours.

If your rod arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with you to file a claim. We strongly recommend inspecting your rod immediately upon delivery.

In rare circumstances where a return is authorized, the customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the rod for its full purchase price. TrashCan Rodz is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
