Workmanship Warranty — 1 Year
Covers wrapping, epoxy, finish work, and craftsmanship.

Guide Train Warranty — 1 Year
Covers precision-spaced and hand-aligned guides against defects in materials or early failure under normal fishing use.

Blank Warranty — 3 Years
Covers structural defects in the rod blank itself.

  • Coverage begins on the original purchase date
  • Your rod must be registered within 60 days of purchase to activate warranty eligibility
  • Registrations submitted after 60 days may require valid proof of purchase before a claim is approved
  • Warranty expiration is always calculated from the original purchase date — not the registration date

User Error — Damage caused by misuse, improper handling, or neglect. If it broke because of how it was handled — not how it was built — it's not covered.

Truck Doors & Tailgates — Chevy, Ford, Dodge, Toyota… doesn't matter. Rods don't win that fight.

Stepping or Sitting on It — Under a boot, chair, or cooler — it's done.

High-Sticking — Lifting the rod straight up until it folds beyond its intended load limits.

Hung on Rocks, Docks, or Timber — Pulling until it breaks isn't a structural defect.

Accidental Abuse — Car hoods, ceiling fans, kids, pets… you get the picture.

If you treat it right, we'll stand behind it — simple as that.

Approved claims carry a $65 service fee. The customer is responsible for all shipping costs (both directions).
