TrashCan Rodz is not responsible for any personal injury, property damage, or loss resulting from the use, misuse, or failure of any rod, lure, hook, or accessory purchased from TrashCan Rodz. This includes but is not limited to rod breakage during normal or abnormal use, hook-related injuries, line failure, or damage to property.

All fishing equipment carries inherent risks. Users assume full responsibility for safe and proper use of all TrashCan Rodz products. Always exercise caution when handling hooks, lures, and fishing rods.

TrashCan Rodz's liability is limited to the original purchase price of the product in question.
