Purchase Options & Cancellation Policy

Pre-orders may be cancelled within 24 hours of purchase for a full refund. After 24 hours, pre-orders cannot be cancelled as production and component sourcing may have already begun.

If TrashCan Rodz is unable to fulfill a pre-order for any reason, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method.

Pre-order estimated ship dates are provided in good faith and are subject to change based on component availability and build schedules. TrashCan Rodz will communicate any significant delays via email.
