Return & Sales Policy

All sales are final. Due to the handbuilt, small-batch nature of our rods, we do not accept returns or exchanges.

If your rod arrives damaged in shipping, contact us within 48 hours with photos and we'll work with you to file a claim. We strongly recommend inspecting your rod immediately upon delivery.

If a return is authorized in exceptional circumstances, the customer is responsible for return shipping and must insure the rod for its full purchase price. TrashCan Rodz is not responsible for damage that occurs during return shipping.
